Places I know
Shopping centre "Cuba". It overlooks the main road, it`s within walking distance of the centre, it`s in Cvilinga Street. It holds nearly 2000 people. It`s a place where people can meet friends, go to restaraunts and bars, do some shopping. I like Cuba because It looks well-organised, spacious and vibrant. You get the impression a lot of money has been spent on it recently. It`s so lively, that makes you feel encouraged. But sometimes it looks unfriendly.
Restaurant "Avignon". It is in the basement and overlooks the main road, it`s in Sovetskaya Street in the city centre. There`s enough room for 20 tables. It`s a place where people can meet their friends and relax. It`s quite expensive compared with the burger bar. I like Avignon because it`s so well-organised and fashionable. It makes you feel like the princess. You are made to feel very welcome. It`s really calm and pleasantly there.

My favourite room.
For me, my room is the best place in the flat. You can fit about 4-5 people there sitting down, but it`s much more place to relax or have fun. I have a tendency to want my own space. My room is the place, where I can hide and it`s awesome. It`s always cosy, clean and warm. The atmosphere is very homely and calm. 

About my health

I have always been lucky about my health. I have sprained my ankle, but I have never broken a bone or an arm. I sometimes have colds in summer and hay fever in spring, but I have never had flu or asthma. My problem is that I carry too much, that`s why I often feel depressed, irritable and I do occasionally feel a little bit on edge. Moreover, I have problems sleeping and usually feel under the weather. To keep healthy, I do regular exercise, every evening I go jogging. But I don`t have a good diet. I always eat what I want and I really love junk food. In my opinion, the most dangerous disease in my country, esspecially in my town - Chelyabinsk is cancer. Each year the risk of this disease become more and more higher. That happens because of our environment (the main cause) and because of our unhealthy lifestyles.

Volunteers on the Lifeline Express

From my point of view, these volunteers on the Lifeline Express are awesome and gorgeous people. Lots of people all over the world suffer from different diseases and don`t have enough treatment and necessary medicine. That`s why it`s really important for every human to help destitute. India is a visible example of poverty and sickness, this country doesn`t have sufficient cure. And these volunteers give them a chance to have  a happy and long life.

Healthy lifestyle

"We need to do something to reduce the number of cancer cases". I agree. Cancer appears because of our unhealthy lifestyle and there isn`t any cure for this horrible disease yet. So everything that we can do is to change our lifestyle, become more health conscious. 

"People should be able to choose their own lifestyle". I agree. Every human has a freedom to choose his or her way of life. It`s not up to somebody to decide what others should do. It`s an own choice of each person.

"Advertising of junk food is a bad thing". I can`t say that advertising of junk food is a beatiful idea, becase as we know, advertising affects everyone. But we can`t forbid such advertising just because of healthier lifestyle.

"Taxing junk food isn`t a good idea". I agree. People have a choice, people make a choice. So that nobody can ban the freedom.

"The goverment should spend more mooney on sport". I agree. Different sport facilities attract people`s attention, so people will start do some sport to keep fit and stay healthy, it`s great!

"People should live in a healthy way". I agree. Generally, the healthier you are, the longer you live. It doesn`t mean that you should refuse the pleasures of life. Healthy lifestyle intends that people do some sport, eat healthy food and cut down on alcohol, cigarettes and so on. It isn`t the end of the world. You can also enjoy your life.

What kind of person are you?

I do not think I am a future-focused person or hedonist. I am almost a balanced person. I think about my future really often, but I still do not have clear goals. On the other hand., I like act on impulse and enjoy the present, but I have never gone too far. I also have some bad memories from the past and they hurt me before. But by now I have found positive lessons in my past and my memory does not remind me of my failures. On my mind, I can say that I am a happy person. I have everything I need and always try to keep my mood good.

Advertising

1) From my point of view, advertising has become really important and essential part of our life. Different adverts give us special information about products. It`s easier to make a decision what to buy,when you are informed.
2) On my mind, if you want to get away from advertising. you must abandon the life in modern society. It`s almost impossible.
3) I think, advertising affects everyone. Every day we see a lot of adverts on TV, on billboards, in the Internet. Advertisements are everywhere. They all affect our life.
4) If I were a company owner, I also would spend money on advertising. It`s really winning option to make people buy your products. How will people know about your company, If there is no information about it. That`s why advertising exist.
5) The adverts I like most are TV commercials and billboards. There are a lot of worthy TV commercials, nowadays they`re becoming more and more unusual and humorous. And billboards look very attractive, esspecially if there is emotional or amusing picture on it.
6) The ones that annoy me the most are pop-ups and text messages. I hate adverts that are dull and silly. And they are always like that.
7) Whenever I buy something, I always shop around, check out prices online and of course look for bargains. Some adverts and reviews help me a lot too.
8) If I buy something important, I will always read product reviews in the Internet.
9) Moreover, I prefer check out prices online on the Net. It`s really convenient to compare products to make a decision.  

My media use

   To get information about my interests, I often check out blogs about nature, science, new music and others. Whenever I want to keep up with the latest news, I use online news, websites like 74.ru and lenta.ru. To chill out, I listen to the music in social networks and read the online magazine Esquire. My favourite TV programmes are drama series, such as Interns, and comedy programmes, such as Comedy Club. When I want to express my own opinions, I post comments on Twitter. When I`m doing research for school work. I use different search engines, wikis and science websites. To catch up with my friends` news and give my own, I use vk.com and Twitter.
